The service
SourceNet provides informational content and a quote request form for business voice and connectivity sourcing. Submitting a form is a request for contact and options. It is not an order, contract for carrier services, or guarantee of pricing, availability, or install dates.
No carrier identity
SourceNet is an independent sourcing desk. We are not the telecommunications carrier or software platform unless a specific document you sign later says otherwise. Brand names of third parties may appear for description. They remain the property of their owners. No endorsement is implied unless explicitly stated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no spam submissions, no automated scraping that degrades service, no attempts to bypass security controls, and no unlawful content in form fields. We may block or ignore abusive traffic.
Accuracy of content
We work to keep explanations accurate, but product features, network coverage, and pricing change. Content on this site is general information, not professional, legal, or engineering advice for your specific environment.
Third-party services
Quotes and fulfilled services are provided under the terms of the carriers, platforms, and partners involved. Those terms control the purchased service. Our site terms do not replace them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourceNet and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the site or reliance on content. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us (if any) for site access in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, limits apply to the maximum allowed.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SourceNet and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and governing matters
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the agreement for site use and supersede prior site-use terms. For project-specific contracts, signed documents control.
